This video details the steps needed to successfully calibrate pesticide application equipment typically used on golf courses and recreational turf.  Nozzle size, spacing, height, spraying speed, and pressure are discussed as well as the proper way to calibrate granular spreaders.  Example calculations are presented for both liquid and granular types of applicators.

Application equipment discussed includes self contained spraying systems, tractor pulled spraying systems, hand-pushed or hand held sprayers, pump up sprayers, tractor mounted or tractor pulled spreaders, and hand pushed spreaders.
